Jenniffer Deckard has extensive leadership experience spanning several organizations, currently serving on the Board of Directors for RPM International Inc., The Great Lakes Construction Co., University Hospitals, and EDWINS Leadership & Restaurant Institute, while actively participating in finance and administrative roles at Sisters of Notre Dame of the United States. Deckard's previous roles include Director at the Cleveland Foundation and President, CEO, and Board Member at Covia (formerly Fairmount Minerals), where a focus on strategic vision and revenue growth was paramount. Early in the career, significant experience in accounting and finance was gained through positions at Carus Corporation, Allsteel, Inc., and Arthur Andersen & Co. Jenniffer Deckard holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The University of Tulsa.
