Cleo Dibb has a diverse range of work experience. In 2006, they worked as a Counselor and Cabin Head at Via Services until 2010. From 2010 to 2014, Cleo was a Senior Support Worker at The Regard Group. They then joined The Grace Eyre Foundation in 2014 as a Team Leader, but moved on to become the Service User Involvement Manager from 2018 to 2023. Currently, Cleo is the Head of Service - Our Voices at The Grace Eyre Foundation. Additionally, in 2022, Cleo worked as a Freelance Autism Trainer.

Cleo Dibb completed a Master's degree in Autism Studies from the University of Kent from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2009, Cleo obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Cultural and Historical Studies with a focus on History from the University of Brighton.
