Joseph Herlihy is an accomplished legal and business executive with extensive experience in the franchise sector. Currently serving as President and previously holding various executive roles at The Good Feet Store since April 2020, Joseph has a strong background in legal operations, having worked as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Legal Officer, and General Counsel. Founding J. Herlihy Consulting, LLC also contributes to Joseph's expertise. Previous roles include Vice President & Deputy General Counsel at Taymax Group, LP, and General Counsel & Director of Business Development at an independent Planet Fitness franchise. Joseph's educational background includes a Juris Doctor degree from Florida Coastal School of Law and dual Bachelor's degrees in Sport Management and Economics from Flagler College.
