Alison McGuigan currently serves as the Director of Enterprise Quality Assurance at Golden 1 Credit Union, starting in February 2024. Prior to this role, Alison accumulated a decade of experience at Scribd, progressing through various positions in Quality Engineering, where notable achievements included optimizing outsourced testing and mentoring a team of mobile QA Engineers. Additional experience includes administrative support at MarketSmart, Inc., and instructional assistance at San Jose State University, along with earlier roles in customer service and management. Alison holds a Master of Arts in Computational Linguistics from San Jose State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from Western Washington University.
