Henry Paysse has a strong background in training, management, and sales, with experience in various roles. Henry began their career at U of H Hilton Hotel & College in 2003, serving as an Assistant Food & Beverage Director until 2007. In 2007, they joined The Go Solution, where they held several positions, including Assistant Training Manager/Training Manager until 2014, Sales Manager until 2016, Senior Training Manager until 2022, and currently as the Director of Training and Recruiting.

Henry Paysse attended Ball High School from 1992 to 1996. Henry then went on to pursue a Bachelor's of Science degree at Sam Houston State University, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. The field of study for their Bachelor's degree is not provided.
