Morgan Fitzgibbons is an experienced professional with a diverse background in event production, sustainability, and community engagement. Currently serving as the Content Team Lead at The Go Game since August 2018, Morgan leads the content team to create engaging experiences for game shows and escape rooms, while also producing corporate team building events as a Game Producer. Concurrently, since June 2014, Morgan has held the role of Director of Sustainability and Community Engagement for the Outside Lands Music Festival, implementing sustainable practices in collaboration with the festival's Sustainability Leadership Committee. As a co-founder and Program Director of the Urban Eating League and founder of Civic Digs, Morgan fosters community-oriented initiatives and civic engagement through creative culinary and technology-focused programs. Other notable experiences include roles at the NOW! Festival, the Wigg Party, and adjunct teaching at the University of San Francisco. Morgan holds an M.A. in Philosophy, Cosmology & Consciousness from the California Institute of Integral Studies and a B.A. in Philosophy and Religion from Miami University.
