Lucy Waverman is a seasoned food columnist currently writing for The Globe and Mail since September 1995. With a robust background in food journalism, Waverman served as Food Editor for both Food & Drink Magazine and LCBO from June 1992 to May 2019, where responsibilities included writing stories, overseeing food articles, and collaborating with new writers. Additional experience includes a role as Guest Food Expert at CityLine from 1990 to 2006 and a food columnist position at Toronto Sun from 1988 to 1995.
