Liam Simpson is an accomplished Food and Beverage Manager with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving in the role at Gleneagles since June 2021, Liam has previously held managerial positions at prominent establishments including Adare Manor and Chez Bruce, enhancing food and beverage operations. Earlier roles include leadership positions at Macdonald Hotels & Resorts and Rocca Restaurant, as well as a foundational career at QHotels. Liam holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences from the University of the West of Scotland, completed in 2014.
