Calum Gullen currently serves as a Reservations Supervisor at Gleneagles, having progressed through various roles including Housekeeping Supervisor and Guest Experience Host since April 2022. Previously, Calum held the position of Assistant Housekeeping Manager at Dakota Hotels from October 2021 to March 2022, and served multiple roles at The Gleneagles Hotel from September 2016 to October 2021, notably as Guest Services Supervisor. Calum's career began at Mona's of Muckhart, where positions included Assistant Cook and Waiter. Education includes pursuing a MA (Hons) Business Management Graduate Apprenticeship at Heriot-Watt University and earning an HNC in Hospitality Management from Forth Valley College.
