Jarrett Smith currently serves as an Associate at The Gladstone Companies, focusing on leveraged loans and equity co-investments in growth-oriented lower middle market businesses since June 2023. Prior to this role, Jarrett worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the Debt Capital Markets, Financial Institutions Group from April 2022 to March 2023, and as a Corporate Banking Analyst at Wells Fargo Securities, covering diversified financials from June 2021 to March 2022. Jarrett graduated with a B.A. with Honors in U.S. History from Washington and Lee University in 2021 and also pursued studies at The University of Notre Dame Australia in early 2020.
