Kelsey Sheofsky is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in the event rental and production industries. As the Founder and CEO of Shelter Co. since April 2012, Kelsey has established the company as a premier provider of outdoor event rentals for various occasions. In March 2020, Kelsey launched The Get Out, a luxury camping and event production company that specializes in creating high-end experiences in remote locations. Additionally, Kelsey is the Founder and CEO of River Electric since January 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Creative Director at Alison Events from September 2007 to September 2012, Business Manager at Mixed Use from January 2006 to October 2007, Design Associate at Arthur McLaughlin and Associates in 2005, and Manager at Emmerson Troop from 2003 to 2005. Kelsey earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara and attended UCLA from 2003 to 2005.
