Penny Gettler, CAM, currently serves as the Regional Community Manager at The Garrett Companies since October 2024. Prior to this role, Penny was employed at Griffis/Blessing, Inc. from September 2015 to September 2024 as a Senior Regional Property Manager. Penny also held the position of Area Property Manager at Prime Group from October 2008 to August 2015, and at JAMBOREE REALTY CORPORATION DBA JAMBOREE MANAGEMENT from 2005 to 2007. Earlier in career, Penny gained extensive experience at HALL FINANCIAL GROUP GP, LLC from 1994 to 2004, where roles included Leasing Specialist, Assistant Manager, and Property Manager.
