Jarrod Pickel has been involved in the construction industry since 2011, with a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Engineering Management Technology from IUPUI. Jarrod has a diverse range of experience at The Garrett Companies, serving in multiple roles including Procurement Manager, Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, and Project Engineer from May 2017 to the present. Prior to this, Jarrod served as an Aviation Electrician in the U.S. Navy from October 2006 to October 2010, gaining valuable technical expertise and discipline.
