Zoraida Warren has over 25 years of experience in the construction and property management industry. Currently serving as Special Projects Manager at Fusco Construction & Property Management since October 2018, Zoraida previously held the role of Project Engineer at the same company from 2016 to 2018. Prior experience includes positions as Construction Coordinator at BL Companies, Northeast Region Office Manager at Marx|Okubo Associates, Corporate Operations Manager/Project Engineer at Downes Construction Company, Business Administrator/EEO Officer at Balfour Beatty Construction, and Analyst/Administration at Navigant Consulting. Zoraida began a career in the industry with estimating and marketing roles at Turner Construction from 1991 to 1998. Zoraida holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Sacred Heart University and a Graduate Certificate in Construction Management from the University of Hartford.
