Ben Christman is a culinary professional with extensive experience in various kitchen positions, currently serving as a Sous Chef at The Friendly Toast Restaurant since May 2022. Prior roles include AM Sous Chef and Lead Line Cook at Boca Restaurant, Catering Manager at Liazzo’s Catering, and multiple cooking positions at establishments such as Joey's Fine Food and Pizza, Abernethy Laurels, and Blue Moon Tavern. Ben has demonstrated expertise in food preparation, safety and sanitation, and leadership throughout various culinary environments, complemented by an educational background in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University and the Lebanon County Career Technology Center.
