Shawn McCracken has over 30 years of experience in the retail grocery sector, with extensive leadership roles at The Fresh Market since 2000, including positions as Regional Manager of Operations, Regional Director of Operations, District Manager, Store Manager, and Assistant Manager. Prior to this, Shawn gained valuable experience as an Assistant Store Manager at Winn-Dixie from May 1987 to January 2000. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology/Pastoral Ministries from John Wesley College, earned between 1994 and 1997.
