Adam G. Wasch serves as the Founding Partner of The Franchise Firm LLP since January 2024. Prior to this role, Adam Wasch was an Adjunct Professor of Franchise Law at Florida International University - College of Law from August 2022 to January 2024 and a Partner and Chair of the Franchise Law Practice Group at Greenspoon Marder LLP from March 2022 to January 2024, where Adam Wasch led a team of franchise attorneys. As a Founding Partner of Wasch Raines LLP from February 2014 to January 2024, Adam Wasch provided comprehensive legal services to various industries, including businesses, lending institutions, and healthcare providers. Earlier experience includes working as a complex litigation attorney at Wicker Smith et. al. and gaining legal experience as a law clerk and in corporate hospitality and sales roles. Adam Wasch holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida and a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Florida International University - College of Law.
