Sharon Jackson Wilder is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in various executive roles across multiple sectors. Currently serving as a Fellow at UBS The Fourth Effect since October 2022, Wilder is dedicated to advancing gender equity in boardrooms and supporting women-led initiatives. As the Co-Founder and CEO of The Oaks Hospitality Group and Principal at Indigo Mid-Atlantic, Wilder focuses on sustainable solutions and executive leadership in the hospitality and engineering fields. Wilder's previous positions include Chief Equity and Inclusion Officer at Montgomery College, Vice President at Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, and Corporate Vice President at McKissack & McKissack. With a solid foundation in policy and legislative affairs from roles in the District of Columbia Government and an academic background in law and political science, Wilder brings a wealth of knowledge to diversity, inclusion, and community development. Education includes a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
