Casey Ariel Thobias is a seasoned finance professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in business finance education and fintech consulting, currently serving as the Founder of Blaze Group since December 2020. Casey contributes to various organizations, including Kiva as an Advisory Board Member, promoting digital readiness and innovation for disenfranchised entrepreneurs, and The Fourth Effect as a UBS Fellow, focusing on diversifying boardrooms and supporting women-led ventures. Prior roles include a Fractional Chief Credit Officer at Hello Tractor, enhancing asset financing for smallholder farmers in Africa, and multiple positions at Bank of America, culminating in a Vice President role leading credit solutions for corporate clients. Casey earned a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Corporate Finance from the University of South Carolina, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
