Staci Grasky has extensive experience in academic program development and higher education administration, currently serving as the Executive Director of Academic Program Development for the Maine Community College System since June 2013. In this role, Staci coordinates system-wide projects related to educational access and student success while creating communication pathways between the system and external audiences. Previous positions include Grant Manager, where Staci oversaw over $3 million in annual grant funds, and Adjunct Faculty at Southern Maine Community College, teaching business modeling and macroeconomics. Staci has also held administrative roles such as Associate Dean of Enrollment and Academic Support at Southern Maine Community College and Manager of Technology Education at the University of Southern Maine. Staci's earlier career included registrar duties at Maine College of Art and an information systems specialist role at Berkshire Health Systems. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education from the University of New England, an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and a Bachelor of Arts from Mercyhurst University.
