Crystal Brown is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in nonprofit leadership and education. Currently serving as the Vice President of Equity Initiatives at The Foundation for Enhancing Communities since January 2025, Crystal also teaches professional development programs at Temple University, where a strong focus on nurturing leadership skills in the nonprofit sector is emphasized. Previously, as the Chief Culture and Engagement Officer at Dasher Services, Inc., leadership was provided to oversee human resources for over 80 employees. Crystal's earlier roles at Brethren Housing Association included Executive Director, Associate Executive Director of Housing and Programs, and Program Director, where strategic direction, program oversight, and community partnerships were crucial. Crystal holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Temple University and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
