Iva Gjolli is an experienced professional in regulatory affairs and pharmacy, currently serving as the Practice Lead and Regulatory Affairs Manager at The Force CT GmbH since June 2023. Previously, Iva held the position of Pharmaceutical Specialist at Wakunaga of Europe GmbH, focusing on GDP compliance, quality management systems, and regulatory advice for traditional herbal medicinal products. Iva also worked as a Pharma Affairs Manager at SAIDIA PHARMA SERVICES, developing quality management systems and preparing drug launches. Earlier experience includes a role as a pharmacist at Apotheke Am Palmengarten, where Iva managed a team and interacted with patients, alongside responsibilities in quality management and laboratory work. Iva's career began with internships and interpreting roles, supported by a Master of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Medicine in Tirana and licensure as a pharmacist in Germany.
