Lincoln Farm Manager at The Food Project

Asher Lyon currently serves as the Lincoln Farm Manager at The Food Project, overseeing thirty acres of farmland and managing vegetable, flower, and small fruit production. Prior experience includes managing a one-acre farm in Lynn, where 20,000 pounds of produce were distributed to local markets and restaurants, as well as roles such as Apprentice Carpenter at Forge and Assistant Grower at Newton Community Farm. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration from Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, a Certificate in Sustainable Food and Farming, and a Permaculture Design Certification. Asher has a strong background in agricultural management, having worked in various capacities from field crew to farm manager across different agricultural settings.
