Steve Yencho currently serves as the Box Office Manager at The Florida Theatre, where responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing a team of over 12 staff members, and functioning as the primary ADA Specialist for the Ticketing department. With experience in various roles at The Florida Theatre, including Assistant Box Office Manager, Box Office Supervisor, and Box Office Associate, Steve has honed skills in customer service, cash management, and event coordination. Previous roles include Annuity Service Specialist at Tata Consultancy Services, Senior Client Service Specialist at Mantay & Company, and Investment Specialist at Merrill Edge, showcasing a strong background in client relations and financial services. Steve holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sport Management/Business Administration from the University of North Florida and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling at Nova Southeastern University.
