Madisson Morgan serves as Vice President at The First State Bank since September 2020, where expertise lies in lending for farm and ranch real estate, commercial real estate, and agribusiness transactions. Prior roles at Nift included Business Development Officer, Assistant Vice President, Loan Processor, and Universal Banker, with responsibilities encompassing employee training, quality assurance, and market development. Madisson holds a Bachelor of Science in Ag Leadership & Development from Texas A&M University, earned between 2017 and 2020, and is currently pursuing further education at the SW Graduate School of Banking from May 2024 to June 2026.
