Mankaa Asombang has worked in various roles over the years. From 2003 to 2005, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at MTN Cameroon. Then, from 2005 to 2007, they were a Telesales Representative at Activa Life Insurance. In 2009, they became a Restaurant Supervisor at Dream Land Restaurant and held the position until 2011. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Head Waiter at The Meat Company Dubai. In 2014, they transitioned to become a Restaurant Supervisor at Eat Greek Restaurant until 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they served as the Marketing Director at God With Us Manpower Supply. Following that, they worked as a Marketing Manager at Private Power Security LLC from 2017 to 2019. Currently, since 2019, they hold the roles of Business Development Executive, Promotional Venue Executive, and Senior Promotional Venue Executive at The First Group.

Mankaa Asombang completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Charisma University from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2015, they obtained a Professional Diploma in Logistics Chain and Supply from America Institute of Business, specializing in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. In 2010 to 2011, Mankaa earned a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety from IRESSS, focusing on Occupational Health and Safety. Further, they received a Higher National Diploma in Business Insurance from National Polytechnic Bambui from 2006 to 2009. Additionally, Mankaa obtained a High School Diploma in Arts of English Literature, History, and Philosophy from Progressive Comprehensive High School Bamenda in 2006. They also have certifications including a UAE Drivers Licence obtained from RTA in January 2022 and a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent certification from the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA).
