Jasmin Aguila Villanueva has a diverse work experience in payroll and accounting roles. Jasmin began their career in 1997 as an Accounting Assistant at Sylvia Santos Inc and later worked as a Payroll Accountant at Mary Johnston Hospital and Figaro Coffee Company. In 2006, they became a Services Manager at TAP Group Consultancy Company and later served as an Accounts & Admin Manager at MAC-NELS Container Lines Private Limited. From 2008 to 2011, Jasmin worked as a Payroll Accountant at Concorde-Corodex Group before joining Aggreko as a Payroll Accountant in 2011. Jasmin then joined The First Group in 2012 and held various roles, including Payroll Administrator, Senior Payroll Administrator, Payroll Supervisor, and currently, Payroll Manager. Jasmin's work experience spans over two decades, primarily focused on payroll and accounting functions.

Jasmin Aguila Villanueva completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accountancy from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, a four-year academic program from 1993 to 1997. Later, from 2000 to 2002, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business Administration from Wesleyan University - Philippines.
