Elena Mehlman is a skilled graphic designer with extensive experience in the hospitality and restaurant industries, currently serving as a Senior Graphic Designer at The Fireman Hospitality Group since June 2019 and as a Graphic Designer for Socarrat Paella Bar Restaurants since October 2020. With prior roles including Market Researcher at Envirosell and Artist Liaison Intern at Lehmann Maupin, Elena has demonstrated versatility in creative and research capacities. Additional internships at Blowback Productions and The Documentary Group honed research and production skills, while freelance work with Michelin Tire showcased photographic and editorial abilities. Early career experiences include layout design for The Wesleyan Argus Newspaper and teaching photography at Camp Pinecliff Inc. Elena holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Fine and Studio Arts from Wesleyan University and is pursuing a Master of Fine Arts in Graphic Design at the School of Visual Arts.
