Daniel Angerer is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in restaurant operations and culinary innovation. Currently serving as the Executive Director and Culinary Innovation Lead at The Fireman Hospitality Group since October 2019, Daniel has been instrumental in launching the company's first fast-casual culinary concepts, including a recently highlighted Katz-inspired delicatessen in the New York Times. Prior roles include leading culinary operations at Hu, overseeing the development of a successful paleo concept, and serving as CEO of a personal culinary innovation venture. Daniel has also contributed to notable establishments such as the BLT Restaurant Group and as a founding member of Dig, where innovative models and collaborations were key to business success. With a foundational education in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Fachberufschule Landeck in Austria, Daniel brings a rich expertise to the culinary landscape.
