Jessica Kennedy serves as the Associate Director of Visitor Experience at the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco, having started in March 2017. In this role, Jessica leads the Visitor Experience teams, directing a leadership team responsible for managing over 60 frontline staff at the de Young and Legion of Honor Museums. Previous positions held at the same institution include Interim Director and Manager of Visitor Experience, where responsibilities included supervising various operations, managing staff compliance with contracts, and developing training materials. Jessica's experience extends to other roles in guest services, retail management, and gallery assistance, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Art History/Art Management from the University of San Francisco.
