Pasquale Tangorra is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in HR systems and transformation. Currently serving as an HR Systems Associate at the Financial Conduct Authority, Pasquale has previously held multiple roles at NatWest Group, including HR Transformation Analyst, Organisation Design Analyst, and Human Resources Consultant. Additionally, Pasquale has worked as an HR Transformation Consultant at Veran Performance and engaged in entrepreneurial projects with Purpose (HR & Coaching) Ltd. Academic credentials include a Level 7 Diploma in Human Resources Management from CIPD and a MA (Hons) in Politics and International Relations from the University of Aberdeen. Furthermore, Pasquale has contributed to the University of Aberdeen as a Go Abroad Ambassador and Admissions & Recruitment Student Ambassador.
