Gonzaga Gutierrez Lantero, CFA, FRM, is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in risk management and institutional supervision, currently serving as Program Lead for the LFBO Institutional Supervision team at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York since March 2017. Gonzaga has held various leadership roles, including Deputy Team Lead for both LISCC Trading Monitoring & Analytics and LISCC Counterparty Credit Risk, overseeing teams focused on market, counterparty credit risks, and compliance at Systemically Important Financial Institutions. Prior to this position, Gonzaga was a Senior Capital & Liquidity Risk Specialist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, where responsibilities included supervising capital and liquidity planning, model risk management, and data management within large financial institutions. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Finance from The University of Dallas, alongside a Commissioned Federal Reserve Bank Examiner designation from the Federal Reserve Board of Governors.
