Debra Lamberson Young is an experienced professional in technology and operations, currently serving as Division Director of Markets Operations at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York since 2002. In this role, Debra leads data integration, web applications, market data delivery, and rapid solutions development teams, focusing on the continuous delivery of software and technology solutions supporting the System Open Market Account (SOMA). Previous positions at the Federal Reserve Bank include Assistant Vice President, where innovative solutions were implemented during monetary policy shifts, and Officer/Team Lead, responsible for designing customer account processing for foreign central banks.
