Kristie Juster is an experienced global CEO with a proven track record of building and transforming businesses to create long-term value for stakeholders. Currently, they serve as the CEO of Conair LLC while also being a member of the Board of Directors for Trex Company and The Fedcap Group. Previously, Juster held several executive roles at Newell Rubbermaid, including CEO of the Global Writing Division, and transformed Kimball International as its Chief Executive Officer. They co-founded PC Compatibles and earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Cornell University.
