Adam Guelcher is an experienced finance manager with a strong background in vehicle financing, sales, and customer satisfaction. Currently serving as Finance Manager at The Faulkner Organization since 2020, Adam is involved in vehicle financing, negotiation, training, and the management of ancillary products and loan options. Previous positions include Finance Manager at Bobby Rahal Honda and Small Business Consultant at Paychex, where Adam oversaw payroll, health and benefits, HR solutions, and tax management. With a comprehensive career in the automotive and financial industries, Adam has also worked as a New Car Manager and F&I Manager, demonstrating expertise in inventory management, dealer relationships, and training development. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College.
