Grant Geertsma has a strong background in customer experience management and coffee industry training. Currently serving as CX Manager and Customer Experience Production Lead at The Farmer's Dog since May 2020, Grant previously held roles at Frothy Monkey from February 2014 to May 2020, including Customer Experience Associate and Manager. Additional experience includes Barista Manager at Bongo Java for a brief period in late 2013, Trainer at Midwest Barista School from September 2012 to May 2013, and Barista at JP's Coffee from September 2011 to May 2013. Grant holds a Bachelor's degree in Theology/Theological Studies from Seattle Pacific University, obtained in 2011.
