Ashley V. is a senior leader in engineering, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Engineering at The Farmer's Dog since April 2022. Ashley co-founded Seattle Wood Signs in May 2016, where custom wood signs and invitations are designed and sold. Previously, Ashley held multiple roles at Amazon from 2014 to 2022, including Software Development Manager for various teams, contributing significantly to AWS Marketplace and Amazon Appstore projects. Ashley also served as the Assistant Men's Volleyball Coach at the University of Washington from 2016 to 2021 and has a strong academic background as a double major in Mathematics and Computer Science from Pepperdine University, where athletic involvement included competing as a D1 athlete in women's volleyball, achieving a 3.99 GPA, and conducting research in combinatorics.
