Matthew Gilliam is a Business Intelligence Analyst at PFP Services since July 2021, where expertise in MS Excel, Power BI, and SSRS is applied to analyze sales and policy data. Prior to this role, Matthew served as a Business Analytics Consulting Intern at Exact Sciences, leveraging Tableau and Snowflake to analyze extensive consumer datasets and present market share recommendations to management. Previous experience includes working as an Enrollment Data Processor at Edgewood College, assisting in the implementation of a CRM system and generating SQL-based reports, as well as holding positions in the Financial Aid Office at Albertus Magnus College. Matthew holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Albertus Magnus College.
