Rachel Rosen is a Client Care Manager at The Family Institute at Northwestern University, serving in this role since June 2022. Previous experience includes positions as a Child Life Specialist at St. Louis Children's Hospital from February 2016 to September 2017 and as a Child Life Specialist Intern at Jersey Shore University Medical Center in the summer of 2015. Rachel has demonstrated expertise in addressing psychosocial needs through interventions such as medical play, procedural support, and family advocacy, while also providing bereavement support and coordinating community involvement. Additional experience includes a Child Life Practicum at NorthShore University HealthSystem and a role as a Volunteer Intern at Carle Foundation Hospital. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, with international study experience at City University London.
