Jill Antoniewicz has a diverse work experience that spans across various organizations and roles. Jill began their journey in 1998 at United Way of Metropolitan Chicago, where they worked as a Manager of Marketing and Brand Management until 2002. Following that, they joined Christopher House as the Director of Development from 2002 to 2005. Jill then moved on to U.S. Cellular, where they served as the Director of Public Affairs from 2005 to 2010. Afterward, they worked as an Independent Contractor for Parkways Foundation from 2010 to 2012 and for Garfield Park Conservatory Alliance from 2012 to 2013. In 2013, Jill joined Christopher House once again, this time as the Director of External Affairs until 2016. Their most recent and ongoing position is with The Family Institute at Northwestern University, where they have held various roles since 2016. Jill started as the Chief External Relations Officer from 2016 to 2018, then became the Chief Experience Officer from 2018 to 2020, and currently holds the position of Chief Operations Officer, Clinical Services.
