Woojeong (Raphaela) Jeong is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in environmental and social governance at the Export-Import Bank of Korea since January 2012, currently serving as Deputy Director/Senior Environmental and Social Officer. In this role, Woojeong has led international policy dialogues, updated institutional policies, and established frameworks for climate risk and emissions calculation, supporting Korea's commitments to global climate initiatives. Previous positions include Deputy Director/Senior Loan Officer, where Woojeong managed significant SME financing programs, and a research role at the University of Melbourne focused on sustainability and ESG. Educationally, Woojeong holds a Master's degree in Environment from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering with a minor in Business Administration from Yonsei University.
