Gregg Treinish

Gregg Treinish is the Executive Director and Founder of Adventure Scientists, an organization dedicated to collecting critical outdoor data to address environmental challenges. With a career spanning over a decade, Gregg has served as a Young Global Leader and member of the Global Futures Council on Sustainable Tourism at the World Economic Forum, and is also recognized as an Explorer by National Geographic. Previous roles include Assistant Program Director at Wild Things Unlimited, where wildlife tracking and educational program development were key responsibilities, and extensive experience as a Wildlife Biologist conducting research on various species. Notably, Gregg led the first-ever thru-hike of the Andes Mountain Chain. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Colorado Boulder and various leadership and policy certifications from Harvard and Stanford.
