Sally Hodge Chartered MCIPD possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Chief People Officer and Head of Human Resources at The Exeter since January 2013. Prior to this role, Sally held the position of Human Resources Manager at Exeter Family Friendly from January 2009 to March 2013 and served as Development and Training Manager at Exeter Friendly Society between June 2000 and December 2008. Sally's educational background includes a CIPD qualification in Human Resources Management from BPP Bristol, completed between 2007 and 2010.
