Indu Vishwanathan is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across multiple regions, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at The Executive Centre since June 2020, overseeing HR management for South Asia, the UAE, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Previous roles include Senior Manager and HR Manager for South Asia & GCC at The Executive Centre, and Sr. Manager HR at New Haribhakti Business Services LLP, where Indu led the HR function for a rapidly growing organization. Early career experience includes HR responsibilities at Future Group India, focusing on manpower budgeting and planning, as well as an internship at Honeywell Automation India Ltd., where Indu contributed to the recruitment cycle. Indu holds an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from G.C.G, Chandigarh.
