Jessica Navarro possesses extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as Sous Chef de Operaciones at The Excellence Collection since September 2022. Previous roles include Chef Ejecutivo at AC Hotels by Marriott and Sous Chef at Grand Oasis Sens Cancun. Jessica has also held the position of Sous Chef Ejecutivo at Westin Resort & Club Punta Cana and Encargado de Cocina at Royal Resorts. Early career highlights include roles as Gerente de Piso at CMR - Mexico and Cocinero at Meli谩 Hotels International, among others. Jessica holds a Diplomado en Administraci贸n y Artes Culinarias from Centro Culinario Ambrosia, along with specialized diplomas in Cocina Oriental and Cocina Mexicana.
