Jason Friedman started their work experience in 2006 as an Assistant Store Manager at The Buckle. Jason worked in this role until 2008. In 2011, they joined Pacific Sunwear as a Store Manager and held this position until 2015. Jason then moved on to The Escape Game as the Director of Operations, where they have been working since 2015.

Jason Friedman attended Carson Newman from 2004 to 2005 where they studied Fine/Studio Arts. From 2005 to 2008, they attended Middle Tennessee State University, focusing on Fine/Studio Arts and Organizational Communication.
