Assistant Vice President-human Resources at The Equitable Bank

Lisa Kopplin, PHR, SHRM-CP, has a substantial career in human resources. Lisa began their professional journey in 1995 as an Executive Assistant and Staffing & Payroll Assistant at Claim Services Resource Group. In this role, Lisa supported the Vice President by developing forms, documents, and handbooks, and presenting information in a clear format.

In 1999, Lisa joined The Equitable Bank, where they have held various positions over the years. Lisa started as a Senior Human Resources Generalist/Benefits Coordinator, responsible for managing all aspects of employment, recruiting, onboarding, and termination. Additionally, they served as the main point of contact for employees regarding staffing or benefit issues. Lisa continued to thrive in the organization and was promoted to Bank Officer/Human Resources Manager, overseeing HR operations.

Currently, Lisa holds the position of Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at The Equitable Bank. Lisa began this role in November 2021, and their responsibilities include strategic HR management and leadership.

Lisa Kopplin obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. In 2015, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute and the Society for Human Resource Management-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
