Regina Ballard serves as the Chair of the Religion and Ethics Department at The Bishop's School since August 2003, where Regina has also held the role of Interim Dean of Students. In addition, Regina has been an Adjunct Professor at the University of San Diego since September 2019 and a Professor at The Episcopal Diocese of San Diego since 2013, focusing on graduate-level education for those preparing for ministry in the Episcopal Church. Regina's previous experience includes serving as Dean, Grade Level; Director of Student Activities; and Teacher at St. Margaret's of Scotland Episcopal School from July 1998 to June 2002, and as Chair of the Religious Studies Department at Bishop Keough High School from August 1995 to July 1998. Regina holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Virginia Theological Seminary and multiple degrees from Providence College and the University of San Diego in areas including Theology, American History, English Literature, and Religious Studies.
