Carl Harkins is an experienced professional in both architecture and ministry, currently serving as an Ordained Vocational Deacon at The Episcopal Diocese of Fort Worth since February 2021. As a Senior Architect at Barry-Wehmiller Design Group since February 2019, Carl specializes in design and interdisciplinary coordination within integrated production and construction environments. Prior roles include Senior Project Architect at RSP Architects, where Carl focused on quality management and continuous improvement of architectural documentation. Carl has also served in various capacities within the United Methodist Church, fostering community connections as a Deacon in Full Connection at both the Central Texas Annual Conference and Genesis United Methodist Church. With an educational background in architecture, including a Bachelor of Architecture from California Polytechnic State University and an Anglican Studies Certificate from Nashotah House, Carl combines architectural expertise with a strong commitment to community service and spiritual leadership.
