Pooja Raichur is an accomplished Product Designer and Researcher currently leading UX initiatives at The Enrollment Management Association, focusing on the implementation of a new brand style guide for the portal. With a strong background in user experience design, Pooja has also contributed pro-bono to Roomily Inc. and DemocracyLab, creating impactful designs and enhancing user engagement. Prior experience includes project management roles in the construction industry with Jacobs and National Enclosure Company, where significant cost savings were achieved. Pooja's academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Construction Management from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Architecture from Dr. Bhanuben Nanavati College of Architecture.
